I have over 25 years of experience in international cooperation, organising high-level visits, prestigious events and receptions, and developing strategic partnerships.

Since 1998, I have worked at the Estonian National Opera and Ballet, where I have been responsible for major partnership projects, sponsorship relations and the organisation of various international events. Since 2020, I have served as the theatre's Head of Marketing and Fundraising.

My professional experience includes organising visits for high-profile international guests, prestigious receptions, international meetings, formal dinners and large-scale cultural projects. One of the highlights of my career was producing Richard Wagner's opera Parsifal in 2011 as part of the Tallinn European Capital of Culture programme.
