I have been working in the field of protocol and event organisation for more than 20 years. I worked several years at the State Protocol Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where I gained invaluable experience in receiving high level quests and heads of states, including royal delegations, from foreign states. As a diplomat, I have represented Estonia in Lithuania and Russia and managed the Museum of Coastal Folk, where I organised various events both on land and at sea. In the second half of 2017, I worked as the Head of Protocol for the Estonian Presidency of the Council of the European Union. Currently, I work as a private protocol consultant providing practical advice and as a lecturer of diplomatic protocol and etiquette at the Tallinn University of Technology. My speciality is organising various high-level and formal events that require diplomatic communication and good knowledge of protocol and etiquette. It is my aim to encourage innovation, new solutions, and novel thinking in organising events.
